Abstract. This project contains open educational resources that aim to provide undergraduate and graduate students as well as applied researchers with learning materials that allow to learn or refresh the application of basic statistical methods through self-study. The materials were, in most cases, originally designed in the framework of teaching the application of basic statistical methods in respective university courses or workshops. They may also continue to serve as a basis for such courses or workshops but are not restricted to them. However, due to being developed in such a context, they exist mostly in German versions so far. In time, they may be complemented by appropriate English versions and also by further materials expanding the range of software and statistical methods covered by the materials.
